The new service centers will be open up from 11am to 8pm, vii days a week. OnePlus is promising a guaranteed one-hr turnaround fourth dimension (TAT) for a majority of the service issues, and open repair counters for face-to-face interactions with technicians for total transparency.
To heighten customer-experience even further, the new service centers also offer complimentary high-speed internet along with other engagement & recreational activities that include a VIP zone and a game room with PlayStation four.
With this expansion, OnePlus at present has 15 sectional service centers around the country, with three more scheduled to open in Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur later this calendar month.
